HOW DOES WORK

Functionalized Hblock mixture preparation to Analysis

STEP 1. LIGAND IMMOBILIZATION

Each biotinylated ligand molecule is immobilized on each encoded particle via streptavidin-biotin interaction. you know, streptavidin-biotin interaction is very strong. So this pair of molecules is used in many bio-assay.

STEP 2. LIGAND IMMOBILIZED HBLOCK MIXTURE READY FOR USE

The third step is to mix the immobilized Hblocks in one tube with each ligand.
Finally, you will be able to store the Hblock blend tube, and use it out after each experiment.
If you complete the third phase, you can skip to the third level until the Hblock mixture is exhausted.

STEP 3. INCUBATION FOR LABELING MATERIAL-ANALYTE-LIGAND INTERACTION

At this stage, ligand and analyte bind first and labeling material binds second.

 The turn around time will vary depending on the purpose of the test and the concentration level of the analyte, but usually takes 1 to 2 hours.

STEP 4. DECODING & READING

Insert the container into the device.
And when the customer conducts the analysis, it will automatically report the result after a few minutes.
While the customer presses the Analyze button and take a rest, the FS100 will quickly and accurately perform decoding and reading according to predefined our algorithms. That's all.
